At Food Mogol, we are design builders at heart. We engineered full service carts to serve hot meals anywhere, anytime. Our carts are fully permitted - maintaining the highest level health department certifications and fire marshal approval. One cart features a griddle cooktop and the other features hotboxes to serve a broad array of restaurant quality meals. Our professional staff can turn out hundreds of meals in a day in small spaces.
Full Service Food Trailers
Our mobile food trailers are rolling state of the art kitchens that can be placed just about anywhere. Completely self-sufficient with electricity, water and gas, our trailers are able to serve as many as 2000 meals in a day on any location that we can fit and park at. Our incredible staff can prepare a perfect grab and go quick meal or a gourmet level dining experience.

He helped bring it to fruition and keeps the company moving, growing and scaling. At Food Mogol, his core mission is to provide everyone with the highest quality food and service possible.

Jenna is the creator of Food Mogol, LLC. after combining her background in the construction and film industries where she learned the importance of "always feed the crew". Seeing a need for construction site food services while her construction company built massive projects, she created the micro brands and designed fully permitted small carts to serve hot meals to hard workers.

Roger has been Jenna's labor foreman for many years at Laska Consulting, LLC. and he joins her again on Food Mogol, LLC. Roger is head of day to day operations and he makes sure the ladies are prepared, the carts are stocked and orders get filled. He is a logistics and coordination expert. He is bi-lingual English / Spanish and serves up his wonderful smile with every delicious dish served.
